Stories
Stories are just that. Stories and personal accounts that have been reported about the location.
On June 5, 2011, The PANICd Research Investigation Team headed to the Calvary Cemetary on the Westside of Youngstown. They came equipped with EVP recording devices, Thermal Detection Equipment, Photography Equipment as well as Ghost Radar Device. While in transit to our destination, two team members obtained Radar Tracking and similar EVP samplings of "Drove" by a grounds keeper facility by the main entrance. There were over 25 Radar detections found while at the Mt. Calvary site. EVP readings, while still being cleaned up for better processing, do reveal a prominant giggle and muddled conversation in section 47 at a family plot. The most intriging part was while the crew was searching for the plots, primarily getting lost the Radar/EVP equipment obtained directions to the plot, not by the plot map but by the intelligent spirits that still walk the plots ( I can attest this was true, as I was there). While walking across the way from section 47 one team member found strong readings which lead her to a freshly dug grave, an EVP reading of " IT WAS ON PURPOSE" kept coming across the equipment. Was is a murder victim or a suicide victim? We may never know. The most amazing finds were down in an older area of the cemetary where the moseleums were located. There were major hot spots in front of one in particular, in order to maintain the privacy of the family of the deceased, we will not disclose which it came from, members of the team all had errie feelings of unease while near the spot and oddly, when you peered into the moseleum the coffin was partially opening and the latch on it was completely open, was it damaged by thieves or is there a deeper story yet? Also some photo data shows many orbs in several of the moseleums and one in particular we have what appears to be a male ghost wearing suspenders. This was definately an experience ...

Did you know that when E. T. wanted to phone home, he wanted to call Youngstown? At least that was the case for the actor who played E.T. He was able to play the part because he was 2 foot 10 inches tall and weighed 45 pounds. The E.T. suit, at 40 pounds weighed almost as much as he did. E.T. |
E.T. was from Youngstown (Kinda)

It’s funny when you pick an area to focus on what you can uncover. First I learned that screenwriter/producer/director Chris Columbus (Home Alone, Night at the Museum, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone) was from the Youngstown, Ohio area. |
