This location was built in 1900 and was formally known as the Maple Cafe on the bottom floor with a seedy boarding house on the second level of the building. Children used to get up in the morning and run down to the Cafe to collect coins and bills that were dropped the night before along with teeth from the drunks that frequented the location.

Paranormal narrative section
It was reported by the owner of the building who was renovating the upstairs that workers would leave their tools out at the end of the day and when they returned the next day they found their tools arranged by size and function in a organized manner.
Former tenants would hear hammering upstairs at the building when nobody was there. It was reported that a railroad carpenter has passed away in one of the upstairs rooms in the 1900s, and people believe it may be his spirit responsible for the paranormal activity.
