During an interview with Galen Finley, who was the mayor and manager of the Opera House, he reveled that during his tenure, the village decided they needed more room, so they decided to dig the basement under the mayor's office deeper to add more space to the building. During the digging, the foreman ran upstairs and told the mayor that he needed to come downstairs, they found a grave site. It was a full sized grave plot for an individual and it had a large sandstone over the top of it. But the site was empty.
